xb99 Terms & Conditions

To register and use the xb99 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xb99 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will take all reasonable steps to verify player age.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on xb99 or under any self-exclusion agreement that applies to online gaming platforms.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating your account. Supplying false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

xb99 may require identity verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each player may hold only one active account on xb99. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xb99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify xb99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. xb99 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. You must not permit another person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• xb99 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, following reasonable notice to the registered mobile number.
• You must be the registered owner of any payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet) used to deposit funds into your xb99 account. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

xb99 may ask you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This may involve providing a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document alongside proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.

All deposits to xb99 accounts are processed through the supported Bangladesh mobile banking platforms. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, but xb99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above a threshold determined at its discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your xb99 balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from your mobile wallet. xb99 is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile banking provider's own processing times.
• Deposits made by a payment method not registered in your own name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• xb99 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside xb99's control.

Players may withdraw available funds subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. If that wallet is unavailable, xb99 support must be contacted to arrange an alternative, subject to verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on the account. The full wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved.

xb99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. This may involve requesting additional documentation and may extend processing times beyond the standard window.

xb99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issue. Any bonus funds not used within the validity window will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• A player may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a second welcome bonus under a new or duplicate account is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• xb99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use will be honoured under its original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash outside of completing the wagering requirement, or used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated.

Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and specific progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying a bonus wagering requirement. Contribution rates are published in the relevant offer terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xb99 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure upon investigation:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in real-time live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software fault may be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or the financing of unlawful conduct.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xb99 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel, including live chat and support tickets.
• Reselling, brokering, or otherwise commercialising access to the xb99 Platform or any of its features, games, or content.

xb99 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is substantiated following investigation. In cases involving suspected criminal activity, xb99 may refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

xb99 may suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules in Section 5.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21, or has provided false information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• xb99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or to assist another party in prohibited conduct.
• The player has voluntarily requested account closure or activation of the self-exclusion feature via the account dashboard or by contacting support.

Where an account is closed following a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request or due to inactivity, the remaining balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable timeframe.

All content available on the xb99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and the overall design and presentation of the Platform — is the property of xb99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xb99 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where xb99 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any game, including scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events outside xb99's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform that is subject to error, delay, or update.

Nothing in these Terms limits xb99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. xb99's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your xb99 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xb99 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may configure alerts that notify them when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: players may apply a temporary exclusion from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login to the account is disabled.
• Self-exclusion: players who wish to permanently stop using xb99 may activate the self-exclusion feature from the account dashboard. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be lifted early upon request.

The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently updated. By continuing to use the Platform after any amendment takes effect, you accept the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which xb99 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with xb99 support will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by xb99 at its sole discretion.

xb99 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful or available in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using xb99 complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction. xb99 accepts no liability for any breach of local law arising from your use of the Platform.
